Return & Refund Policy – Thomswear

At Thomswear, we want you to love what you wear. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags & packaging intact.

  • Used, damaged, or customized products will not be eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Discounted / Sale items.

  • Gift cards, vouchers, or promotional products.

  • Items purchased during clearance sales.


3. Return Process

  1. Contact us via email/phone with your order ID.

  2. Our team will schedule a pickup through our courier partner (where serviceable).

  3. In case pickup is not available, you may need to ship the product back to our address.


4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.


5. Exchange Policy

  • We currently allow size  exchanges only (subject to stock availability).

  • Exchanges follow the same steps as the return process.


6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to a defect or wrong item received, we cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to customer preference (like wrong size ordered), customer bears the return shipping charges.
