At Thomswear, we want you to love what you wear. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags & packaging intact.

Used, damaged, or customized products will not be eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Discounted / Sale items.

Gift cards, vouchers, or promotional products.

Items purchased during clearance sales.
3. Return Process

Contact us via email/phone with your order ID.

Our team will schedule a pickup through our courier partner (where serviceable).

In case pickup is not available, you may need to ship the product back to our address.
4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.
5. Exchange Policy

We currently allow size exchanges only (subject to stock availability).

Exchanges follow the same steps as the return process.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to a defect or wrong item received, we cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to customer preference (like wrong size ordered), customer bears the return shipping charges.
